[00:00:53] So plug into it and let's move on with excitement and with vigor into the new year, making things happen for ourselves, for our families, for our communities, for our region, for the world, right? One person at a time. One person can make a difference.

[00:01:09] And so the two adages I like to talk about is, you know, how do you bite, how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Just make sure you're chewing and grinding up, grinding that meat up real good so you can swallow it, not swallowing it whole.

[00:01:21] We don't want you choking out there, right? We want to have good digestion, as well as the other famous saying is, the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

[00:01:34] One step, all right? Just one step. And there's a gospel song that talks about if we take one step, God will do the rest. Okay, I'm wanting that one as well. We want to move forward definitely with wisdom.

[00:01:47] So just wanted to come by and wish you well. And hopefully we get involved next year. Let's do some more. You're doing your podcast. Let me know how I can help you, help with your marketing.

[00:01:59] Because most of you remember, I retired. Oh, I got something crazy going on here. I retired this year. So I'm done, folks, at the Cleveland State University that I want to call them out because jobs are blessings, right? Jobs fund dreams, right? Jobs fund our dreams, okay?

[00:02:18] They also fund our livelihoods, our shelters, and our clothing, and our meals. I keep up with my glasses.

[00:02:26] So sometimes we get tired of going to work and it's like, oh, God, please deliver me for this job.

[00:02:31] But just remember, when you get tired, just remember what it's actually doing for you. And those of you who have been blessed enough to have never worked for anybody except yourself or your family, keep going and spread that wealth, all right? Let's just keep it going.

[00:02:46] But congratulations to everyone if you're just starting or if you've been out there 5, 10, 15, 20, over 30 years and more.

[00:02:52] Wishing you the best and keep pushing and keep chugging along and also want to invite you to come to our January Summit Elevating the Union Entrepreneur.

[00:03:02] This one's all about jump-starting your success for 2025. So it really doesn't matter where you are in your business.

[00:03:09] You could be a novice, a newbie, or, you know, seasoned entrepreneur. There's always room for improvement.

[00:03:16] We can relearn things that we already know. And that's what I like about being a lifelong learner is that you're staying current, relevant, building relationships and keeping your relationships strong because we need each other to make things happen.

[00:03:29] Not just for, you know, for customers to get paid. We are in business to make money. We need mentors. We need mentor. We need to be mentors and be a mentee.

[00:03:38] And it's always like there's three levels that we need. We need somebody that's going alongside us about where we are. We need the person that's behind us so we can help bring them forward.

[00:03:48] And then we need to be mentored by the ones that's some paces in front of us so we have some aspiration.

[00:03:54] Okay, this is where I want to go. I need to make this happen. And we're not being those people. We're being us.

[00:03:59] But the journey, the character, the know-how, the skill sets that take us to those, you know, help us to make those steps.

[00:04:07] That's what I'm more of where I'm getting at as far as the emulation goes.

[00:04:11] And to help us to trash that imposter syndrome, just throw that stuff away in 24.

[00:04:19] I ain't carrying that crap with me into 2025.

[00:04:24] And I want you to do the same thing. We got to get rid of that.

[00:04:27] All right. It's sometimes just easier said than done.

[00:04:30] But just, you know, that's where our mentors come in handy on them knees, praying and calling out to God and, you know, your spouse or your friends.

[00:04:40] Hey, help me. I'm slipping over here now.

[00:04:43] And, you know, if you need to see a psychologist, please do.

[00:04:47] There's nothing wrong with that. And very helpful.

[00:04:50] I've done it and wanted some more.

[00:04:52] I've had guests on my original shows and then get some more on here now talking about our mental health and, you know, our well-being before something happens.

[00:05:00] Just having that person that we can trust to bounce things off and really be vulnerable with us.

[00:05:06] We need to be able to be vulnerable to walk in our greatness.

[00:05:09] And so always remember that.

[00:05:10] So going forward. All right. So I want you to make sure that you plug in with this year's summit.

[00:05:59] So there's hundreds of years between all of us. So as Winksery get plugged into that, last time we had Dionne Jones and she came, she got us off with our rumps and got us going.

[00:06:09] I was in the chair and I thought, wow, I had a good workout. I started feeling my heart rate going up.

[00:06:15] So I was excited about that. So we hope to bring her back with that.

[00:06:19] And Thursday, we're trying to plan something very special for that Thursday.

[00:06:22] So I don't have that quite worked out yet, but you'll be seeing it as we post on the event page, as well as the different social channels.
