Welcome to Tech Diva Biz Talks, where we tune in, dive deep, and level up. I'm your host, Audrey Wiggins, AKA the Tech Diva. Brand strategist, marketing mind, and your guide through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Let's talk tech. Hey, tech divination. You know who I am? Yeah, I'm the Tech Diva. Listen, it's been a crazy few weeks and I just wanted to come in and just unload some stuff on y', all. Okay? Is that okay? Is that okay?
All right, first up, you can teach an old diva new tricks. I just discovered my scanner. Oh my God. On my printer. Yeah, paper printed stuff can detect images when scanning. And what I mean by that is before you jump on me. So you've been in done that. But when I used to lay out programs, you scan one image at a time, blah, blah, blah. You can scan a whole bunch of them at one time, and then I will put them into Photoshop and, and crop out one image at a time. But this thing, okay, it is detecting all the images. Say if I put four photographs on the plat, it detected all four of them as individuals. So when I scan them, it actually exports them into the folder as four individual images. I know, I know. But before you jump on me and say you already knew that and where I been and all that stuff, look, the old Diva hasn't laid dollar funeral program in a few years. Okay? That commanded a three page photo collage, mind you. All right, so I designed my aunt's program in 2023, but this one was a challenge. So I'm pretty feeling pretty deep about myself. Yeah. Yeah, look at me.

There's another aha moment that happened. I was, I was reading and going through some training. So let me just set it all up here. A fuchsia, that's one of my colors. Colored camel icon shows up on the toolbar. Okay, so I'm in, I'm in drive. So it scared the fat out of me. All right. Lost a few pounds on that one. Love it. Anyway, so I restarted Chrome, then restarted my computer, just decided to start all over and it disappeared.
So evidently, when you are viewing a document on your Google Drive, if more than one person, two, three, four, is viewing or reviewing it simultaneously, the icon will show up on your toolbar as some type of animal. Oh my goodness. Okay, y' all I didn't figure this out on my own. Yeah, I'm embarrassed. I had to ask somebody. So I posted this in one of my groups for the. The program that I was going through was content creator program. I was going through there, reading a training document. Shout them out. Stephen Giovannetti. Okay. I shouting you out, man. All right. He says this is how Google Drive works. When multiple people are viewing a shared document, it's the default way it keeps names private but also shows you if others are viewing the same, you know, the shared document at the same time. Oh my gosh. So the other person viewing the document would have would show up, my name would show up or my image, whatever would show up as some anonymous animal of some sort. This is two. That's what he says.
So, so when I hovered over the fuchsia camel, it did say anonymous camel. So I thought that was kind of funny. Oh my God. So I, I enjoyed that. So that, that was fun.

What else I have going on here this week? It's been really just crazy. Oh my goodness. Let's see. I think that's it for now. Just want to tell you what I've been working on. So I've been setting up my content creator machine. Obviously that's how I found that anonymous camel. Going through some training. A quick shout out if you who have purchased one through my affiliate link. We don't know when you purchase through affiliate links. We don't know who the person is, but appreciate you for doing that. Shout out. Thank you. And so the rest of y' all need to catch up. Okay. But it's amazing what this thing can do to save time and money. I can't wait to get it all completed. The company has a super engaged community group. They have one on one onboarding. Even the tech diva needs and appreciates the extra support. Oh my goodness. All right.
